Healthy eating is about eating the right quantity and balance of foods. There are five main food groups:

1.starchy foods

2.fruit and vegetables

 3.dairy foods

4.meat and beans

5.fat and sugar




Advice

If you are going out for lunch or dinner at the mall/shops have either fruit for life or wellbeing. Their food that is healthy and tastey at the same time.
